 Bhava-4 rules the oceans, estuaries and sea-coasts: sea-shelters and customary folkways of the sea boats, fishing, seafoods, Home and Garden; school and shelter, roof and Roots, local infrastructure  nation, class, caste, tribe, a number of people accustomed to live together, ancient customs, and established cultural norms.
